Summary
This automation is intended to measure customer satisfaction after a product or service has been consumed. The automation sends two emails asking the customer to rate their satisfaction by clicking on a sad face, a neutral face, or a happy face. If they click on neutral or sad, they are taken to a page where they can provide additional feedback. If they click on happy, they are taken to a page where they can submit an online review (see the Online Review automation) or provide a referral (see the Request Referrals automation).
