Summary
This automation can be triggered after a product purchase or from the Customer Satisfaction Survey automation. This automation sends two emails to customers asking them to provide a referral. By default it is set up to request referrals every 90 days from customers. If a recurring request is not desired, the loop tag can be removed so it only requests referrals once. The emails drive to a landing page where the current customer can enter the contact information for their referral. The referral and the referee get a bonus.
